Tarrant County Education Foundation is proud to announce $100,000
in awards for 2024 - 2025

Applicants must be graduates from a Tarrant County high school.
Must be a high school senior,
a returning college student, or
a master's program student

Must be:
· Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA
· Demonstrate financial need
· Community service
· Letters of recommendation
· Essay & audio interview

This Tarrant County Education Foundation Scholarship awards range from $1,500 - $5,000. TCEF supports high school seniors, undergraduate students, and master's program students. Students must be permanent residents of Tarrant County, Texas.

A graduate of James Martin HS in Arlington ISD. Her diligence and passion for excellence have helped her gain multiple All-Star Cheerleading Championships. Along the way, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership by volunteer mentoring and coaching girls between the ages of 5 and 18.
Kori maintains a 3.5 GPA. and is currently pursuing a

Kori maintains a 3.5 GPA. and is currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry at Southern University in Louisiana. Kori is articulate, persuasive, and expresses her ideas with confidence and clarity, making her a natural leader in every space she enters.
Kori was unexpectedly dismissed from Southern University during her sophomore year due to a shortfall in her tuition funds, amounting to $2,700. She was “STOPPED” from attending class and shad to return home to Arlington, Texas.
Fortunately, TCEF was able to cover the shortfall, and Kori returned to Southern University in August 2025.

An aspiring aerospace engineer, graduating from TCC South Collegiate High School with a 3.9 GPA while earning both his high school diploma and associate degree. A future Tuskegee University student majoring in Aerospace Engineering, Rylan has consistently demonstrated excellence across academics, athletics, and leadership.

An extraordinary scholar and servant leader, graduating from TCC South Early Collegiate High School with an impressive 4.57 GPA while simultaneously earning his Associate degree. Gabriel balances rigorous academics, extracurricular involvement and community service. .

A graduate of North Crowley High School, Ania has maintained strong academic performance while balancing part-time work at Urban Air, where she quickly rose to the responsibility of training new hires as a Court
A driven and compassionate student whose academic focus, creativity, and community spirit make her a standout among her peers. A graduate of North Crowley High School, Ania has maintained strong academic performance while balancing part-time work at Urban Air, where she quickly rose to the responsibility of training new hires as a Court Monitor. She also played a key role on her school’s inaugural on-site student tech team and is an alumna of the Boardroom Project’s leadership program, further showcasing her initiative and leadership potential.
Ania aspires to become a dermatologist with a mission to develop skincare products that improve lives around the world. Her love for art, fashion, and makeup not only reflects her creative mind but also aligns with her future goals in the beauty and health industry. Self-motivated and intellectually curious, she even began teaching herself Japanese before enrolling in formal coursework. Her commitment to service is seen through her consistent volunteer work at athletic events, the Tyrese Maxey back-to-school giveaway, and youth ministry programs at her church.
Ania is articulate, insightful, and dedicated—qualities that will carry her far in her academic journey and professional future.

Nicholas Moore received a $5,000 Award in July 2024.
Nicholas graduated from Tarrant County Community Collegiate High School, South Campus in Fort Worth. He is a third-year student at Texas Christian University. Majoring in secondary education, language, and literacy. His goal is to become a teacher, emphasizing Special Education. Born with Microtia (underdeveloped ear), Nicholas mentors others about overcoming challenges, emphasizing the importance of perseverance, determination, and a positive attitude. He maintains a 3.93 GPA. "My strategy to save on the cost of my education is to graduate early." Nicholas will graduate with honors on May 10, 2025. "My journey begins with a desire to make a difference in my school and community. It has been nurtured by great teachers who have inspired me. I am eager to join their ranks as my future profession."
TCEF awards scholarships to other Tarrant County students like Nicholas. The scholarships are based on academic excellence, financial need, community service, and volunteerism. We work with students to adopt strategies to overcome financial barriers, reduce the burden of student loan debt, and prevent disruptions to their college education.
