About TCEF
MISSION
We are committed to awarding scholarships based on academic excellence, community service, and financial need. We coach students in effective scholarship application techniques and integrate unique STEAM experiences that inspire the exploration of creative careers in higher education.
The Founders
They established an endowment in 2019 under the highly successful model and administration of the United Negro College Fund, whose legacy of impeccable scholarship service is one of the country's premiere scholarship funds. A significant milestone, made possible by contributions from friends, donors, and community partners.on of college hopefuls from families like theirs. They concluded that an endowment for working families in Tarrant County was an excellent way to invest in our children's future.
