Who We Are
TCEF is a 501(c)(3) scholarship organization. We provide aid to Tarrant County students based on academic excellence and financial need. Bringing a message of higher education through art-oriented experiences.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help students overcome financial barriers, reduce the burden of student loan debt, and prevent disruptions to their college education. TCEF engages students and blends art experiences with scholarship awareness to explore pathways to educational success. We collaborate with educators, artists, and community partners to invest in a promising future.
